I own a company that specializes in installation of
Architectural Millwork. I install Cabinetry, Standing and Running Trim,
Countertops, Paneling, and Doors and Hardware. I subcontract projects from
local mills such as Granite Mill, Lloyd's, Westwood, Timbercraft, A
Beautiful Tree, Wasatch Woodwrights, Etc... I specialize in premium grade
architectural millwork; some of our projects include Huntsman Cancer
Institute, Ogden 2nd District Court, IRS Tax Court, High End Homes, and
many LDS Chapels. I handle all aspects of the projects including site
coordination, field verification, installations, touch-up, repair,
fabrication, and modification, pending the customers’ request.

As Project Manager I oversaw all aspects of a project form the
receipt of a contract, to the receipt of retention and close out of the
project. My duties included design & development, coordination with the
contractor & architect, coordination with the job-site, purchasing,
hiring and supervising subcontractors, hiring and supervising employees, monthly
billing/collections, customer service, close out procedures, and warranty
items.
I have successfully managed projects from $10,000 to $550,000.
I have managed crews of up to 15 people, and have managed up to 17 projects
at one time.
